Rose definitely looks the best out of all of them. And as everyone said before, she only had this done because of her accident. I think she looks great before and after. Her before pic take me back to her Jawbreaker days.

Heidi was beautiful before she had all of that plastic surgery. Spencer may have pretty much brainwashed her but she definitely let it happen. I'm just glad that she's saying she doesn't want to get anything else done.

I feel terrible that Rose was in that accident, but at least she didn't do more than she had to. I love how she looks, and frankly, I think it looks as natural as you can get to a plastic surgery. Def the best of them all.

I wish they'd actually post realistic photos - as in ones before and after the surgery as they call it, not ones 20 or more YEARS after the surgery when they are old and their face is not looking so hot anyway. Apples and Oranges here - wasting my time.

The thing that is killing me about almost all of these women in this gallery is that they didn't need the plastic surgery to begin with. They were already gorgeous! So you know it was pressure from being in the entertainment industry and the public eye that led to them feeling they needed to improve on what they already had. But it ends up having just the opposite effect in most cases. Ironic...

I think she's said before that her doctor messed them up or something. So now she always looks like she has permanent botox, even though it doesn't look as bad now as it does in the second photo above...

Blonde hair does nothing for Lindsay. Brunette hair or her natural red hair looks best on her. But we already know she's obsessed with Marilyn Monroe, so naturally she'd try to look like her...

Her face looks soooooo swollen in that second photo... sigh.

Her face-- and everything ELSE-- has settled since her surgery, and she says she's not getting anymore. I hope that's true...

There is a big time difference in the photos growing old isn't always pleasant but I think she still looks beautiful : )
