I have been a vegetarian since I was 6 years old and a living a vegan lifestyle for almost 5 years on top of that! It's a huge false gov. myth that you need meat, eggs and dairy for protein and calcium. I got a bone scan done that showed my calcium leveles to be above normal, keep in mind I haven't had dairy in 5 years. It's all about eating whole real organic non processed foods!
