My BEST dressed at the Nick Kid's Choice Awards was a tie between Katy Perry, Selena Gomez and Kristen Stewart! Love Katy's outfit it's so young and fresh, and her and Selena with the crop top corsette bras are amazing! I'm totally into these at the moment! It's also nice to see Kristen in some color, she looks gorgeous!
My worst I think is Ashley Tisdale only based on the color of the dress and dip dyed hair color!
