Best And Worst Dressed At The Oscars! BEST dressed goes to Michelle Williams she looks flawless and I also thought Rooney Mara looked beautiful in white, nice change from the black.
WORST... there really wasn't anything horrible! I didn't like the color of Virginia Madsen's dress or the fit of Sandra Bullocks.
