The Grammy Awards are a time to take fashion risks! The stars always look amazing walking the red carpet. I love seeing what everyone is wearing from the fabulous gowns, sprakling jewels and done up hair! It is so hard to choose who is best dressed but here are some of my picks for the best dressed at the 2013 Grammy Awards! I loved Katy Perry's mint green dress and Kelly Roland being bold in black!
