My best dressed goes to Zooey Deschanel, Nicole Richie, and Kelly Osborne. Kelly's hair looks beautiful like an ice queen. Nicole looks perfect in silver and Zooey's dark hair makes the bright green pop!

My worst goes to Emily Watson.  Nude is one of my favorite colors but she looks too washed out! Sarah Michelle Gellar's dress looks like a bad 16 year old prom dress.
