My work schedulel is all over the place so when I am home I normally don't have much time to eat. I prefer to cook because I like to choose local and organic ingredients and like knowing what's in my food! With that beaing said almost every meal I cook only takes about 20 minutes. If I can find 20 minutes in the day to make a meal so can you!
What You'll Need
Green Tea Soba Noodles / I buy this brand
Sesame Oil + sesame seeds
1. Boil water and add the soba noodles once it is bubbling, cook for 6 minutes and drain.
2. Start a pan with sesome oil, when it's hot add chopped up zucchini, sesame seeds and soy sauce. Cook until crisped and soft.

I kinda feel like im white water rafting on daily basis! I have so many projects going on it's hard to focus. I can not wait to wrap a few of them up. On a plus note the new clothing line is being printed next week and I'm going to be debuting a super rad shirt at the East Coast Warped Tours that only those going will be able to get + meet and greets at the BUZZNET lounge inside the Girls Garage! Looking forward to meeting some of you and hearing your feedback on the first peice of the collection!
It's super rainy right now, I'm currently in Philly and will be spending a lot of time in NYC over next two weeks. I was shooting an amazing editorial tomorrow in Manhatten but it may be pushed back due to storms. To be honest I could use the extra day playing catch up!
Apple cinnamon oatmeal, earl grey tea, messy hair, white fur slippers and Aveda candles all day long.
I have to be alone very often. I’d be quite happy if I spent from Saturday night until Monday morning alone in my apartment. That’s how I refuel.”
Bamboo is amazing Feng Shui!
Bamboo is brilliant Feng Shui because it’s green, living and resilient. For a symbol of thrusting growth, prosperity and ever-green Awesome, you need look no further than this beloved “cure” of Feng Shui masters. And mistresses.
I love having bamboo around in simple transparent glass vases as it seems so clean & simple but packs a powerful thwack if you’re into the Housewitchery.
It’s not dead – cut flowers are in the process of dying – so it’s symbolic of tremendous life force and it is obviously not the hideocrity of the bonsai. Even pictures of bamboo growing are considered fab.
Plus, bamboo is cheaper decor-wise (because it lives so long) and 1000x more eco friendly than cut flowers. Some say that when you place bamboo in your home, you are inviting in the soul or the spirit of the bamboo – a new guide, if you will. - via mystic medusa
- Bamboo in itself is an amazing plant that brings a very peaceful and wise energy into your home. It teaches the ultimate wisdom: how to be flexible and hollow (open) on the inside, so that the spirit can freely flow and heal your being.
- If you are lucky enough to have bamboo growing in your garden, you know how soothing, almost transcendental, the sound of it is. The same is true for bamboo feng shui wind chimes, as well as the energy of bamboo floors.
Get to the store, get some rad glass vases, unique stones and fill your house with bamboo this summer!

I was running around the city going to furniture auctions this day. Im looking to redo my house by replacing IKEA furnature with vintage! It was 96 degree's out, too hot to be in old warhouses without AC. I did find some great stuff for my front porch! I will do a photo tour of it soon as it's completed this month. Currently eating oranges and ignoring my email in box as it's overflowing content on Monday's is not the most enjoyable activity to start the week. Im meeting with my sample maker and dye house in a few says to get the first collection of my new line produced! It seems like when you stop putting a time stamp and money needs on everything and do it for the creative aspect everything falls into place. My best advice in making a living out of being some type of artist is.. create from your heart and the money will follow. Don't do things to make a quick buck, or to be trendy. Stay true to yourself and the universe will reward you.. I PROMISE!
Goddess Aeracura – Blossoming / You are just getting started, so have patience with yourself and the process, and do not give up. In many ways you are like a flower bud who is ripe and ready to open and grow. Don’t rush this process, as it is part of your beautiful path.
In our world today we all want instant gratification. By having that we miss the true wonder in the waiting. We miss the fun, joy and hope in taking our time and enjoying each step. So this card comes to remind us that we should try to look at the tasks we have at hand and enjoy them. Take some quiet time today and look at the things you have been missing.
Slow down a little bit, learn to breathe; have patience; perhaps get into the garden and pull some weeds, this may clear your thoughts a little; OR clean out closets and things in your house. Make room for new growth. Use some floral fragrances to help lift your mood and fill your house with beautiful things. Light pink candles in her honor. Most of all, have faith!

Vans Girls is always hooking it up and sending me rad clothing and shoes! Im loving this look for summer. The bright dip dye color blocking is one of my favorite trends right now! Currently burning incense and Aveda candles while I attempt to make it through my post it notes of things to do. I would be lying if I said I wouldn't rather be spending the day eating Chinese take out in bed watching movies.
